Whew! May has been a busy month so we weren’t able to squeeze in a play date. Scroll down for a list of the dates for the rest of the year. Be sure to put them on your calendar!
What IS a play date? Over the years we have built a fantastic obstacle course on the farm. It has giant tractor tires, an irish bank, fallen logs, cowboy curtain, trenches, teeter totters, and more. The play date is an opportunity to come and hang out with all of your closest (or newest, lol) horsie friends. The cost is $15 for the day and you get access to the (obstacle) confidence course, arena, round pen, and trails. Bring your horse and a friend!
The dates for the rest of 2019:
June 19 (Wednesday)
July 20 (Saturday)
August 21 (Wed – this is also Stacey’s birthday!)
September 14 (Saturday)
October 24 (Wednesday)

November 16 will also be our holiday party. All dates are weather permitting. No registration required but please present valid coggins upon arrival. For questions please contact Amanda via email (amanda@acf.runruffian.com) or cell (706-338-1358).

Become a better partner for your horse by learning how your body language, position, and balance affects your horse. Open or improve the lines of communication with your equine partner.
Auditing is free! Participation is available in private or semi-private sessions. Three days of semi-private, one hour sessions are $300 per horse/rider. Private sessions are available for an additional fee. One hour lecture after lunch every day. Lunch option can be added for $15/day with gluten free and vegetarian options. Stalls are available at $20 per night.
Stacey is a great teacher and she will take you gradually from where you are in your horsemanship to be able to do things you think you cannot do.
Most importantly, Stacey’s goal is to help keep you safe on your horse by helping you with control. I mainly trail ride and when I have a problem with my horse on the trail, I tell Stacey, she listens carefully, and then she shows me how to solve that problem. She even goes out on the trail with me when needed to work on the problem. She adapts her lessons to what you need with your horse, not to a predetermined lesson plan.
I am so very grateful that I am taking lessons from Stacey. If you want to be a better team with your horse, Allison Creek Farm is the place to go.
